"Assistant to the Assistant, to the Assistant...."  :-)

Shannon joined CSTC in 2007...and has turned out to be a great asset.  When asked about her job duties, Shannon says (and we've noticed) she does 'whatever it takes' to make sure trainers are prepared, the phones get answered, and the office runs smoothly.
