Manager, Written Programs Department 

Doug joined CSTC® in 2002 and rose through the ranks to become our Written Programs Department Manager.  

Doug is a Registered Safety Officer (IBOEHS) and is constantly taking classes to ensure the knowledge passed along to our clients is both current and compliant.  

Doug spends his days researching and writing: Risk Management Plans, California Accidental Release Programs, Process Safety Management Plans, Compliance Audits, Hazardous Materials Business Plans, Emergency Action Plans, Injury and Illness Prevention Plans, Laboratory Safety Manuals, Environmental Compliance Manuals, and a variety of specialized, custom safety plans. 

Doug also spends quite a bit of time teaching, enjoying many one-on-one relationships with our clients.
