The RMP and the California Accidental Release Plan have similar requirements as the Process Safety Management plan, with the additional requirements of performing Worst-Case-Scenarios release analysis.  Threshold limits are generally lower than PSM limits.  Cal-ARPs are similar to RMP's, but are specifically geared to meet State of California Regulations.
