California Safety Training Corporation has set the standard ever since the State of California required employers to have an Injury and Illness Prevention Program in July 1, 1991. And don't let the name fool you...we're already serving clients nationwide. CSTC's process allows us to create a customized Injury and Illness Prevention Program for you that includes systems for all of the required elements. Now the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is requiring them nationwide. Under these regulations, employers are required to:
